Staff, departments, services and patient records in one place — reachable over USSD when the internet is not. Built for how healthcare actually runs in Nigeria.
Registration is reviewed by our team before your facility goes live.

Staff & roles
Invite staff by email, assign role, title and department. Remove access the moment someone leaves.
Departments
Structure the facility the way it actually runs, and assign staff to the right unit.
Service catalogue
List what you offer with prices in naira, so patients can see it before they arrive.
Consented record access
Request a patient's records with a code they read back to you. Valid 24 hours, revocable, logged.
USSD check-in
Patients reach you on *9010# — registration, records and consultations without a smartphone.
Audited access
Record access is logged with who, when and for which patient.
Roles are enforced on the server, so a receptionist cannot reach clinical data by changing the page.
Facility Admin
Register the facility, invite and remove staff, create departments and services
Doctor
Treat patients, request record access, write consultation notes
Nurse
Record vitals and observations against the patient
Pharmacist
Dispense against prescriptions and record what was issued
Lab Technician
Attach results to the patient record
Receptionist
Check patients in without seeing clinical data
Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires a code from the patient, expires after 24 hours, and is written to an audit trail. Clinicians must pass verification before they can reach any record, and that check runs on the server rather than in the browser.
