Works when the internet does not
Your staff and patients reach Medtrix on *9010# from any handset — no smartphone, no data. Most facility software assumes a stable connection and a browser. In practice, clinics lose power and patients carry feature phones, and the system has to keep working anyway.
The patient holds the key, not the facility
Access to a record is granted by a code sent to the patient's own phone, valid 24 hours. Your doctor asks the patient for it. That means consent is provable and recorded, rather than an admin ticking a box on the patient's behalf.
Clinicians are verified before they touch patient data
Doctors upload their licence and government ID, and an admin reviews them. Until that is approved, the account cannot reach any patient record — enforced at the API, not just hidden in the interface.

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires a code from the patient, expires after 24 hours, and is written to an audit trail. Clinicians must pass verification before they can reach any record, and that check runs on the server rather than in the browser.
